Inspire Catering is proud to be a member of the Scotch Beef Club having been committed since we launched our business. This means that we can guarantee the authenticity and traceability of all beef served and we also see it as an important way of supporting the Scottish farming community and promoting what we believe is the best beef in the World.

This prestigious Club’s Membership is made up of some of Scotland’s top restaurants, with HRH the Princess Royal residing as president of the club.

Being a Scotch Beef Club Member requires operating to a set standard. We have to ensure we meet all criteria and are audited rigorously. All beef sourced is guaranteed to have been born, bred and supplied in Scotland proving its origin and authenticity. Additionally all product comes with a passport number to ensure full traceability.

What does this mean for our customers?

We believe that Membership of The Scotch Beef Club not only enables us to give our customers confidence by committing to a quality standard for all beef we serve but we also know which farms it comes from meaning sourcing it locally, we also reduce food miles.

Many retailers, caterers and restaurants are eager to stock Scotch Beef as it’s not only associated with its source and quality, it’s also known for its exceptional taste. The processes used in the farming of these animals is what gives it not only the Protected Geographical Indication (PGI), but the great quality taste we know and love.
