2019 was a very important year for Inspire Catering. In March, we announced the exciting news of our merger with CH&CO. We are really delighted with the successful integration of the two businesses, and the very positive feedback we have received from clients and colleagues.

Within the first 100 days following our merger, we were awarded a number of significant new contracts which delivered, in real terms, annual incremental growth of over 25%!

In the following months we also secured contracts to provide catering services to a number of existing clients within new and existing sites across Scotland and the UK. 2019 was Inspire Catering’s most successful year to date and that success is continuing with a strong start to 2020, which we are confident will continue.

Over the last 12 years, Inspire Catering founders David Pease and Lorna McFarlane have both worked incredibly hard to build Inspire into the great business it is today.

David and Lorna commented:

With this in mind, we wanted to let you know that the time is now right for us to ‘take a back seat’ and therefore with effect from today, we will be stepping down from our roles as Managing Directors of Inspire Catering. We are delighted to confirm that Kevin Simpson will move into the role of Managing Director, Scotland at this time.
