1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, eggs, water, salt, and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.

2. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes, until it becomes smooth and elastic.

3. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes.

4. In a separate bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, parsley, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, and thyme.
