Whether you’re a fan of classic comforts like a BLT or adventurous flavour combinations, there’s a sandwich out there for everyone. In this blog, we share our picks of mouthwatering recipes to help you enjoy this culinary celebration to the fullest.

A timeless classic, the BLT (bacon, lettuce, tomato) is celebrated for its perfect balance of flavour and texture. Here’s our recipe for this go-to favourite:

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of toasted bread (your choice)
  • 3 slices of crispy bacon
  • 2 leaves of romaine lettuce
  • 2 slices of ripe tomato
  • Mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of toasted bread.
  2. Layer the bacon, lettuce, and tomato on one slice of bread.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Top with the second slice of bread.
  5. Cut in half and enjoy!
